Резюме:

This article examines and analyzes the main provisions of the "Strategy for the Development of the Federal Customs Service to 2020, its goals and objectives. The analysis of state policy in the tasks of the Development Strategy until 2020 is made. Also in the article the objectives of the FCS of Russia cooperation with international organizations are disclosed and examples of possible modernization of the customs service and introduction of these innovations in the regions of the Russian Federation are given. The analysis revealed the main objectives of the Strategy until 2020, the most important areas of activity and also identified the reasons for non-fulfillment of certain issues.
