Abstract:

When conducting a study of the socio-economic differentiation of regions of the Russian Federation, such problems were identified as increased differentiation of regions in terms of the level of economic development and income of the population and an increase in the differentiation of the socio-economic situation of regions in the Russian Federation in connection with the pandemic. And also proposed measures to neutralize these threats: reducing the tax burden on small businesses, increasing housing construction in the regions, concessional lending to small businesses in the regions, by compensating banks for part of the interest rate on loans, increasing the investment attractiveness of Russian business.
