Abstract:

This article is devoted to the issues of ensuring economic security in the stock market of the Russian Federation. The article lists the threats to economic security that are caused by the low efficiency of raising funds in Russian or foreign currency on the stock market, the danger of a sharp speculative price change and increased risks for traders and investors, a significant excess of capitalization over the profit of joint-stock companies, a high share of non-residents in the securities market, which negatively affects the stability of the stock market. The main threats to economic security that arise in the stock market are identified, and recommendations for improving the level of economic security of the stock market are presented.
