Abstract:

This article is devoted to threats to the economic security of the state. In the course of the study, the following issues were considered methods of assessing economic security in Russia; comp position of challenges and threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation; directions for neutralizing identified threats to the economic security of Russia; economic efficiency of the proposed activities. Thus, threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation, the composition and impact of external natural threats on the economic security of the Russian Federation, the GDP growth rates of the world´s leading economies and the main threats to Russia, as well as their impact on the country´s economic security in 2020, were identified. The relevance of the topic increases due to the emergence of new types of threats, one of which is the global pandemic and the increase in mortality of the country´s population against the background of its development.
