Abstract:

The article deals with the main issues related to the financial control of state (municipal) procurement in Russia. The legislative framework regulating the scope of the contract system is analyzed, and the causes of violations are identified. The main problems are considered, measures to improve financial control are proposed, as well as prospects for its development.
