Abstract:

The article identifies threats to economic security caused by high staff turnover at the enterprise. Methods of prevention, neutralization and prevention of the emergence of threats to economic security caused by high staff turnover are proposed. The opinions of various authors regarding the normal value of staff turnover at the enterprise are considered. A method for determining the level of employee turnover at an enterprise is presented. Methods for reducing the level of staff turnover are proposed. Possible damage to the enterprise from a high level of staff turnover has been determined. The main reasons for the increase in the level of staff turnover are highlighted.
