Резюме:

The scientific article is devoted to the issue of regulating the shadow economy in the Russian Federation using modern methods and techniques that have been applied over the past few years and meet the current needs of the state apparatus in management and control interaction with the business community. The relevance of the topic is due to the popularization of the problem associated with the shadow sector and the growth of illegal transactions, which leave an imprint on the general level of the economy in the country. In order to analyze the existing system of regulation of the shadow economy in modern Russia and identify possible positive and negative aspects, within the framework of this article the essence of this concept was given, as well as the main reasons for the growth of the volume of shadow transactions in the country are indicated. Further, the applied system of methods of containment by the shadow economy was presented in accordance with the existing strategic documents on the issues of economic development of Russia in the future until 2036. Also, the main directions of state work with the shadow sector and the principles were given, in accordance with which further activities are planned to combat illegal operations.
