Резюме:

The article reveals such issues as ensuring economic security, the profitability of medical and preventive healthcare institutions and how to increase it in terms of Russia’s remote regions. Also there is an explanation of how the quality of life and the number of inhabitants is connected with development of the health care sector in the region. The principles of improving performance and quality in primary health care have been studied.
