Abstract:

The concept of loyalty and its types are considered. The challenges and threats to economic security caused by low loyalty of personnel in the organization are presented. The factors of personnel loyalty formation are presented. Proposed preventive measures to increase the level of loyalty. Methods for calculating loyalty are described.
