Резюме:

The article is devoted to the issues of creation and functioning of clusters in the Republic of Belarus. The process of clustering is considered as an effective direction of socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus. The feasibility of applying cluster policy in order to increase the competitiveness of the national economy is substantiated. The conceptual apparatus, the main characteristic features of the cluster, is considered.
