Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problems of the evolution of the socio-economic system of a society in transition. The methodological principles of scientific knowledge of social phenomena are shown and an algorithm is proposed for studying the influence of socio-economic factors that predetermine the evolution of the system of a society in transition. The natural-geographical, demographic, scientific-technical, political and other conditions that affect the socio-economic system are revealed, the specificity of their manifestation in the Republic of Belarus is shown, appropriate measures are proposed to enhance the socio-economic viability of the Belarusian society.
