Abstract:

It is revealed that the regional differentiation of innovative development in the Republic of Belarus is predetermined by objective conditions and factors, what could become a threat to the national security of the country. It is proposed to concentrate resources in places that already have the prerequisites for generating innovation (SSI, technoparks, research-and-production centers, innovation centers, large high-tech enterprises), realizing economies of scale. And at the regional level create conditions for the accelerated transfer of innovation by expanding the cooperation of innovation-active organizations with centralized generators of innovation, both domestic and foreign.
