Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problems of development of such high-tech and knowledge-intensive services of an industrial nature as R & D, the importance of which increases with the transition of industrial production to new technological structures. Prospective directions of development of R & D in Belarus and features of the structure of financing of this sphere are disclosed in the article, reserves of growth of off-budget sources, including on the basis of analysis of foreign experience, are revealed. The article also examines the institutional conditions for the formation of an effective national system for the creation, implementation and use of R & D.
