Abstract:

The concepts of risks and threats in the field of corporate security of the company are considered. Threats to the company´s corporate security and their nature are identified, and risk management principles are considered. Basic actions for managing corporate security of the company are proposed. The necessity of creating a corporate security risk management system is justified.
