The article analyzes the characteristics of the main legal acts that ensure anti-terrorist activities in the Russian Federation at the facilities of the fuel and energy complex. The main indicators used in the system for informing about terrorist acts that occurred on the territory of fuel and energy facilities are specified and defined.
