Резюме:

The article is devoted to the problems of the environmental development in the context of environmental safety. It presents data on the environmental situation in Russia and various trends of the development of the «green economy» as the basis for ensuring regional and national economic security. Threats to the environmental´s safety and their nature are identified. The necessity of developing «green technologies» and environmental risk are management.
