Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problems of the regulatory and legal support for the implementation of the industrial policy of the Russian Federation and the environmental development in the context of economic security. It presents data on the development of the country´s economy, presents an analysis of regulatory legal acts as the basis for ensuring regional and national economic security. The need to develop green technologies and manage environmental risks is justified.
