Abstract:

The article reveals the importance of internal control as an important tool to improve the effectiveness of the internal control system and to combat corporate fraud. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of internal control is proposed, the results of which reveal the presence of corporate fraud. Possible threats of fraud in the organization have been identified.
