Abstract:

The article presents ways of minimizing external threats to the security of the Russian energy sector. It is proposed to exploit the potential of international rela-tions with China and Belarus. In addition, the solution of planning problems by amending the Federal Law «On Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation» is recognized as a key activity.
