Abstract:

The scientific article is devoted to the question of the impact of digitalization processes on the economic security of a modern motor transport enterprise. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that today the socio-economic system is undergoing qualitative changes associated with the development and popularization of digital technologies. In this regard, the process of ensuring the economic security of a business is moving away from the usual framework and requires the introduction of new solutions and management tools. In particular, the optimization and automation of processes affects the road transport business, which is one of the most developing areas. This article examined the concept of «digitalization» and its development features within the business sphere, as well as made judgments about the existence of possible signs typical of a digital enterprise. Delving deeper into the study of the features of ensuring economic security in the context of the development of digitalization at a road transport enterprise, the main directions of the digital transformation of this business were subjected to descriptive analysis. In accordance with this, the article highlighted the main advantages and threats that digital processes can carry in the field of economic security of a trucking company.
