Abstract:

The current period of development of the Russian economy is characterized by increasing uncertainty and complexity of socio-economic processes, increasing alienation of the population from the government and ignoring national tasks, which indicates the formation of a special set of threats to the country´s economic security. Active development at this stage is obtained by qualitative and quantitative characteristics of economic relations that are outside the legal framework and form a specific sector of the national economic system-the shadow economy.
