The article discusses the importance of analysis in the management of the working personnel of the enterprise. The relevance of the study is due to the high role of human resource management in ensuring the efficiency of the economic entity. The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the concept of «analysis» in personnel management. The main directions of the analysis in the management of the organization´s human resources are highlighted.
